LE CHATEAU

A Taste of Provence
ABOUT

ABOUT

LE CHATEAU was built in the 17th Century, originally as one residence and later divided into 3 parts.

Our part, of 350sqm, is south facing and has been extensively renovated and landscaped.

There are 2 gated entrances, separating us from our neighbours and securing the property of 1.3 hectares

As you drive through the main gates the restanques start on your left.

Straight ahead you will see the large field with the Truffle orchard and 200 sqm fenced vegetable garden.

Beyond this is the perimeter of our land separated by

the Canal Sainte Croix which runs all the way along the eastern boundary.

The lower restanques are lined with fruit trees, the upper level houses the Stables & Chicken Run

On the very top are situated the Swimming Pool and Petite Chapel.

As you arrive at the house the shaded park is to your right, a true adventure land for the youngsters.

It houses a Tree House, various Swings and a Trampoline.

The Garage and Second Entrance Gate are the North boundary to the property.

LE CHATEAU is built on a small hill, with the main living area being on the 2nd of the 4 floors.

The official entrance way is on the 1st (ground) floor along with the Games room.

A second and more commonly used entrance into the house is thru the covered terraced area on the 2nd floor directly into the Kitchen.

From there you lead into the Salon and then on thru to the office & staircase.

Halfway up on a split level is Guest Bedroom 4 and Guest Bathroom, another half level up is the upper lounge and Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3.

Up half a level again is the Guest Bedroom 1 en Suite and landing.

Finally up another split level to the Master Penthouse en Suite & Gymnasium.

The Outdoor Terraced Area is a delightful area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The Pool Area is set away from the house and giving you a sense of real freedom.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The Canal St Croix runs adjacent to the property offering unlimited water supply for the garden.

Le Chateau is listed for sale with Estate Agents at 950.000Euros.
